Martabakk



Utensils
Stove
Frying pan
Spoon
Plate
Knife
Bowl

Ingredients
5 eggs
1 kg of oil
Salt
½ kg of leeks
A pack dumpling cips
Seasoning



Steps
Crack 5 eggs into a bowl
Wash leeks than cut into thin
Pour piece of leeks into a bowl than mix
Add salt, seasoning, into bowl and than mix until milt
Prepare dumpling cips than fill with dough of martabak
Fold the martabak
Fry the martabak with medium flame
Fry it until the colour change into yellowish
Take the martabak , drain and put it on the plate
Martabak is ready to be served with tomato sauce
